About the Role
The Controller will report directly to the President and provide support to top executives. The Controller will also be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities. They should be proficient in managing Deltek Vantagepoint software and preferably have experience with Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). The following list outlines the duties of a Controller, but it may not include all aspects of the job.

Managing outside Accountants
A/P and A/R Management
Procurement
Profitability Improvement
Expense Management
Manage Payroll Process
Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures, and Process Improvement
 Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint

Success in this role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial systems. An accounting degree is preferred, but not required.
